Lee has spent over twenty years managing infrastructure and technology projects for some of the largest banks in the country, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo. That kind of work teaches you a lot about planning, showing up when you say you will, and building systems that hold up under pressure. Adeline has spent more than twenty-five years as a registered nurse, most of it at the bedside caring for general surgical, trauma, orthopedic and oncology patients, and later reviewing referrals and coordinating care for the community. She has spent her career noticing the small things. Like, how to make a hard day a lot easier for a patient and their family.

What actually pushed us to start this company was not a business plan. It was watching our own family members struggle to get appointments. Yes, we understand what it feels like to sit with someone you love and realize the transportation system built to help them is working against them.

We started asking why no one in the Valley has built a service just for people who can walk to the car with a little support. We wanted to build something different, a company that treats an ambulatory ride for a doctor's appointment with care and reliability — a Premium Ambulatory medical transport, without the extra cost, the extra fuss, or the equipment nobody needs.

That is how AZ Central came to be. Lee runs the business side, the scheduling systems, the dispatch, the partnerships with facilities. Adeline brings the clinical eye, making sure every driver, every process, and every ride is built around what actually keeps a resident safe and comfortable. We are a family owned company, and we built it because our own family needed exactly what we now offer to yours.

Our goal is to become the trusted transportation partner for assisted living facilities across the Valley, not just a company that shows up for the occasional ride. We want to be the first call a facility makes, whether it is one resident heading to a routine appointment or a full campus of fifty or more residents who all need to be somewhere on time.

We are focused on doing one thing well instead of many things adequately, because most of the residents we serve simply need a comfortable, familiar ride, not specialized equipment. That focus lets us keep costs down, keep our vehicles ready on short notice, and keep our drivers trained specifically for the needs of ambulatory residents.

In the end, our goal comes back to the same thing that got us started: We want every ride to feel less like medical transport and more like a family member pulling up to take you where you need to go.
