    When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. Our vehicles may use GPS to record trip routes and times for dispatch, safety, and billing.

    We may receive information about you from healthcare providers, facilities, case managers, AHCCCS, health plans, or transportation brokers that arrange trips for you.

    We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services or as required by law:

    • Drivers: We provide assigned drivers with pickup and drop-off addresses, rider name, contact phone, and relevant mobility or assistance details needed to safely complete the trip.
    • Healthcare Providers, Facilities & Payers: We share trip and billing information with AHCCCS, health plans, medical clinics, and case managers to verify eligibility, process claims, and coordinate care.
    • Service Providers: We work with trusted technology, dispatch, communications, and payment processing vendors who handle data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
    • Legal & Safety Requirements: We may disclose information when required by court order, subpoena, law enforcement, or applicable Arizona regulations, or to protect the safety of riders, staff, or the public.

    4.HIPAA & Protected Health Information

    As a non-emergency medical transportation provider, we take the confidentiality of your protected health information (PHI) seriously. We adhere to applicable HIPAA guidelines and administrative safeguards to ensure all medical and trip-related records remain secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.

    We maintain industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal and trip information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide transportation services, fulfill billing and insurance requirements, and comply with state and federal laws.

    You may review, update, or correct your contact and profile information by contacting our office. You may also opt out of promotional communications at any time. Operational messages regarding scheduled trips (confirmations, arrival notices, reminders) are necessary for service delivery.
